niceThe only think we didn’t like was that it was supposed to be able to roll and it didn’t come with the wheelsAfter once use Velcro strapped ripped offI looked at a lot of reviews before I bought this time. We spend a lot of time out of doors as a family, and I have bought, and seen my kids buy numerous such canopies, and they usually get wrecked within a couple months or a several times of setting up and down. This one is the best I have found. So happy. It seems the fabric is thicker and holds up better in rain, wind and sun. The metal frames have not bent in or out like my previous ones have done. Therefore when the rain comes running off of it, it does not pool up on the outer edge, form a pond, then a lake, then a large crash! With all the metal bending into pretzels! Nope. I have had mine for 3 months now, set up in my back yard in an Oregon winter, with plenty of rain and wind. It is still as good as the first day!Con: the product description states that there are 4 weight bags for the legs included. What they don't tell you is that they are empty bags and you have to fill them with something heavy.Assembly was very easy although it took two of us to stretch the frame out it’s 10 foot span but was able to have the whole thing up in about 15 minutes. We have it on our deck over a patio table and chairs we’ve sat under it during mild rains and it works great. Sand bagels keep it secure and in place even with 20+ wind gusts. I highly recommend it.I bought this as a rain canopy because the description said it was waterproof. It isn't. Water-resistant, sure. I've had it for a few years and only used it occasionally, and it seemed to do fine. I took it camping, and after a day of being set up in a drizzle (really slight), it was leaking water here and there. The next morning, all the things I set underneath it were damp, and it wasn't doing anything as there was so much water leaking through. The set up is really easy, and I love that, but it's kind of useless as a rain canopy. It does a decent job in short bursts, but for anything longer than a couple of hours (or in proper rain), it's not really useful. This works perfectly and is very durable. Would highly recommendWish it had pop up capabilities, still good tent with a small closed footprint.
