I recently bought and cosumed "BUILT to the HILT" by Josh. And was mesmorized by the section on Powerbuilding. When I saw this book I felt like a kid in a candy store. This guy really, really knows his stuff. The book is loaded with routines out the wazoo. I'm not a youngster (57 as of this writing) but have added a pretty good amount of muscle to my frame in the last 6 years doing Heavy Duty training. That said, I see a major improvement just in the last month by adhering to the regimen he outlined in BUILT to the HILT. Look forward to trying all these routines.
